The built-in feedback form attaches your app and iOS version automatically — so we can troubleshoot without the back-and-forth.

  1. Open MyAFBase on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Tap Send Feedback.
  4. Describe the issue or idea. Add your email if you want a reply.

Prefer email?

Reach us directly at ryan@laducaa.com. Include what you were doing when the issue happened and whether it repeats every time.

Do not include sensitive information. Never submit PII, CUI, classified information, or OPSEC-sensitive details. Messages containing such data will be deleted without response.

Do I need an account?

No sign-up, login, or email is required. Your data stays on your device.

Does it work offline?

Checklists, reminders, WAR Tracker, pay calendar, and leave planner work without a connection. Base updates, weather, and maps need connectivity when you refresh.

How does iCloud sync work?

If iCloud is enabled for MyAFBase, data syncs across your Apple devices. Manage it in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Saved to iCloud > MyAFBase.

Base info looks outdated

Pull to refresh when online, then verify gate hours and emergency numbers through official channels — MPF, your chain of command, or .mil sources.

How do I reset my data?

Clear WAR Tracker and checklists from in-app settings, or delete the app to remove all local data. Disable iCloud for MyAFBase if you use sync.

MyAFBase is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DoD, Air Force, or Space Force.
